Life can feel full and fast sometimes and that's exactly why I created this space. A place where you can take a breath, move your body, and just...be.
No rush, no pressure, just you, showing up for yourself.

A Little Bit About Me

I know how it feels when life just doesn't seem to slow down. The constant busyness, the high expectations, the sense that there's always something more to do. That's exactly why I created The Heart Space…. because I needed it too.

Over the years I've come to understand something that has quietly changed everything for me, that rest isn't just found in stillness. It lives in movement too. In a yoga class where nobody is judging you. In a breath you finally let go of. In a moment where you give yourself permission to just... arrive.

Seasonal living has become a huge part of how I live and teach. Nature has always known what we seem to forget, that we aren't meant to operate at the same pace all year round. There are seasons of energy and seasons of stillness, and when we learn to flow with them rather than fight them, something beautiful happens. Life doesn't get less busy, but we find ourselves moving through it with so much more ease.

This is where The Six Rhythms of Rest was born - from a deep belief that our true rhythm isn't the relentless, man-made kind that leaves us exhausted. It's something older, freer and far more grounding. And nature is our greatest guide back to it.

When I see the difference my classes, retreats and therapies make to the women who walk through the door, that fills me up completely. This is my purpose. I feel it in my bones. And I'd love for you to be part of it.

Your first step doesn't have to be a big one.

If you're curious but not quite sure, why not come and try? Your first Women's Yoga or Slow Flow class is just £5 - no commitment, no expectations, just an hour of movement and breathing that's entirely yours. Come and see how good it feels to simply show up for yourself.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or you've been practising for years, you'll find a warm welcome here. Every class is a little different to what you might expect. Each session includes 45 minutes of intuitive, feel-good yoga followed by 15 minutes of guided relaxation.

Because the rest is just as important as the movement!
