These sessions are here to support you through every season of womanhood, whether you're preparing for birth, adjusting to life after baby, on the menopause journey or simply needing space to feel good in your body and reconnect back to self.
Move intuitively, build strength in ways that feel right for you, and soften where rest is needed.
This is a space to stretch, breathe, release, and return home to yourself, without pressure or expectation.

Womens Yoga
Tuesdays 7-8pm at The Millennium Hall - Burbage
STARTS 13TH MAY!!
A calming weekly class to nourish body and mind. We start with gentle energising flow to build strength and stability, then ease into restorative yin to stretch and release. Each session ends with guided meditation for deep rest.
Open to all levels - no pressure, no perfect poses, just space to move, breathe, and unwind.
All bookings for the TUESDAY classes are as follows:
£10 for PAYG
£35 for 4 class pass (use over 5 weeks)

Pregnancy Yoga
Tuesdays 6-7pm at The Millennium Hall - Burbage - starting 13th May.
Thursdays 6:15-7:15pm at The Nest Wellness Studio - Hinckley
Designed to support you deeply through each trimester, helping you strengthen, relax, & connect with your baby in a nurturing & calming space.
Pay as you go £10
£36 for the 4 class package (1X week class - used over 5 weeks)
£64 for the 8 class package (2X week class - used over 5 weeks)

Postnatal Yoga
Tuesdays & Thursdays 10-11am at The Nest Wellness Studio - Hinckley
These are run in blocks of classes (between school holidays)
These classes strengthen, stabilise, & support your body after birth. Reconnect, restore balance, & move with confidence in a nurturing space. Baby is welcome and everything is provided for you.
