Tuesdays - 7-8pm Womens Yoga (women only)
Thursdays - 6-7pm Yin Yoga (women only)
STOKE GOLDING CLASSES:
Tuesdays - 10-11am Slow Flow Yoga (open to everyone)

Slow Flow Yoga
Tuesdays 10-11am at Baxter Hall - Stoke Golding
A gentle, grounding practice to stretch, open, lengthen, and tone your body through mindful movement. Slow Flow Yoga invites you to move with awareness, connecting breath and motion in a way that feels natural and nourishing.
Each class blends soft, flowing sequences to ease tension and build strength with a deeply restful guided relaxation to restore body and mind.
No yoga experience needed! Suitable for all levels and open to both men and women.

Womens Yoga
Tuesdays 7-8pm at The Millennium Hall - Burbage
A calming weekly class to nourish body and mind. We start with an energising flow to build strength and stability, then ease into restorative yin to stretch and release. Each session ends with guided meditation for deep rest and finish with 15 minutes of guided relaxations.
Open to all levels - no pressure, no perfect poses, just space to move, breathe, and unwind.

Yin Yoga
Thursdays 6-7pm at The Millennium Hall - Burbage
Join me for this nourishing and deeply grounding, meditative practice where we hold poses for 3–5 minutes, allowing the body to soften and release.
As you settle into stillness, you’ll create space in both body and mind, nourishing your joints, fascia, and inner awareness. This is a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and drop into a place of calm and connection.
