You’ll be guided to move intuitively, build strength in ways that feel right for you, and soften where rest is needed. This is your time to stretch, breathe, release, and return home to yourself …..without pressure or expectation.

Womens Yoga
Tuesdays 7-8pm at The Millennium Hall - Burbage
A calming weekly class to nourish body and mind. We start with gentle energising flow to build strength and stability, then ease into restorative yin to stretch and release. Each session ends with guided meditation for deep rest.
Open to all levels - no pressure, no perfect poses, just space to move, breathe, and unwind.
All bookings for the TUESDAY classes are as follows:

Online Live Yoga
Tuesdays 9:45-10:15am - live on zoom from the comfort of your own home.
Join me this August for a gentle yet powerful 30-minute live weekly Zoom yoga session designed to support and strengthen your core and pelvic floor. Open to all women, including postnatal ladies, this class offers a nurturing space to reconnect with your body through mindful and focused exercises.
We’ll focus on a mix of pelvic floor awareness and deep core strengthening to support posture, balance, and everyday movement from the inside out.
Class dates:
Tuesdays 9:45–10:15am
12th Aug - Core Strengthening
19th Aug - Glutes & Thighs
26th Aug - Core & Glutes
£7 per class
Whether you join live or catch up later, you’ll receive access to the recording for 4 days. A welcoming, supportive space for all levels.

Yin Yoga
Starting Thursday 4th September
6-7pm
at The Millennium Hall - Burbage
Join me this September with this deeply grounding and meditative practice where we hold poses for 3–5 minutes, allowing the body to soften and release.
As you settle into stillness, you’ll create space in both body and mind, nourishing your joints, fascia, and inner awareness. This is a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and drop into a place of calm and connection.
