Pregnancy Yoga

A calm, supportive space to move through pregnancy with confidence, strength, and connection. Each class includes safe, gentle postures tailored to your trimester, designed to ease tension, improve posture, and build the strength and stamina needed for birth and motherhood.
Through breathwork, mindful movement, and stillness, you’ll support better sleep, emotional wellbeing, and a smoother postnatal recovery. It’s also a beautiful way to connect with your growing baby and meet other like-minded mums-to-be in a nurturing environment.
Suitable from 14 weeks to full term, with no previous yoga experience needed.
Each class includes 45 minutes of movement and 15 minutes of deep relaxation. A beautiful way to connect with your body, your baby, and other mums-to-be.

These classes strengthen, stabilise, & support your body after birth. Reconnect, restore balance, & move with confidence in a nurturing space. Baby is welcome and everything is provided for you (yoga mats, all equipment and baby bouncers and playmats)
Start from 6 weeks post birth. 6-8 weeks for episiotomy, or 10 weeks post caesarean birth or 3rd/4th degree tearing.
