A calm, supportive space to move through pregnancy with confidence, strength, and connection. Each class includes safe, gentle postures tailored to your trimester, designed to ease tension, improve posture, and build the strength and stamina needed for birth and motherhood.

Through breathwork, mindful movement, and stillness, you’ll support better sleep, emotional wellbeing, and a smoother postnatal recovery. It’s also a beautiful way to connect with your growing baby and meet other like-minded mums-to-be in a nurturing environment.

Suitable from 14 weeks to full term, with no previous yoga experience needed.

Each class includes 45 minutes of movement and 15 minutes of deep relaxation. A beautiful way to connect with your body, your baby, and other mums-to-be.

Postnatal Yoga
& Fitness Blocks

Thursdays 11:30-12:30pm at The Millennium Hall Burbage


SEPTEMBER 4 WEEK BLOCK:
Dates are running on the 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th September

Baby is welcome too

These classes strengthen, stabilise, & support your body after birth. Reconnect, restore balance, & move with confidence in a nurturing space. Baby is welcome and everything is provided for you (yoga mats, all equipment and baby bouncers and playmats)

Start from 6 weeks post birth. 6-8 weeks for episiotomy, or 10 weeks post caesarean birth or 3rd/4th degree tearing.

Live Online Zoom

Tuesdays 9:45-10:15am
Live on zoom from the comfort of your own home.

Join me this August for a gentle yet powerful 30-minute live weekly Zoom yoga session designed to support and strengthen your core and pelvic floor. Open to all women, including postnatal ladies, this class offers a nurturing space to reconnect with your body through mindful and focused exercises.

We’ll focus on a mix of pelvic floor awareness and deep core strengthening to support posture, balance, and everyday movement from the inside out.

Class dates:
Tuesdays 9:45–10:15am
12th Aug - Core Strengthening
19th Aug - Glutes & Thighs
26th Aug - Core & Glutes

£7 per class

Whether you join live or catch up later, you’ll receive access to the recording for 4 days. A welcoming, supportive space for all levels.
