A Monthly Mini Retreat

Step away from the busyness of life and into nature’s embrace with this unique Yoga by the Lake experience. Set at the peaceful Coton View in Market Bosworth, these seasonal sessions invite you to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and restore by the water’s edge.

Breathe and move through an all-levels yoga practice in the fresh air, guided by the rhythm of nature. Let stress lift away as you settle into deep relaxation beside the gentle waters. Begin with a quiet, intention-setting stroll to ground yourself in the present moment, and end with tea and a nourishing snack, allowing time to soak in the experience.

Bring your own mat and blanket (spares available). These sessions are weather-dependent—if we can’t go ahead, we’ll reschedule or offer a refund.
