A Monthly Mini Retreat - Spring/Summer 2026
Step away from the busyness of life and into nature’s embrace with this unique Yoga By The Lake experience. Set at the peaceful Coton View in Market Bosworth, these nurturing mini retreats invite you to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and restore stillness by the water’s edge.
Breathe and move through an all-levels yoga practice in the fresh air, guided by the rhythm of nature. Let stress drift away as you settle into deep relaxation beside the gentle waters.
Each mini retreat is on a Saturday 9:30-12pm (see dates below)
Starting with a grounding morning mediation
A slow flow morning yoga practice
A herbal tea break with seasonal home baked cakes
Restorative Yin yoga practice
Finishing with a deep guided relaxation
Bring your own mat and blanket (spares available). These sessions are weather-dependent….if we can’t go ahead, we’ll reschedule or offer a refund.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is stop.
This intimate mini reset retreat is a dedicated space for you to exhale, to move slowly, breathe deeply, and let go of everything you've been carrying.
A beautiful experience for the body, the mind, and the nervous system.
What to expect:
The evening begins with a warming cup of herbal tea, a gentle signal to your body that it's time to unwind. We'll then move into a yin yoga practice, a slow and deeply therapeutic style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods, allowing the body to release tension at a deeper level than movement-based practices can reach.
We close with an extended, deeply nourishing relaxation…. giving you space to simply be still, restored, and at ease.
You'll leave feeling grounded, lighter, and quietly renewed.
This retreat is suitable for all levels, no experience necessary.
Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to slow down.

This retreat invites you to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with the quiet strength that has always been within you. Yoga classes flow throughout the weekend, guiding your body and mind, while guided meditations, restful pauses, mindful woodland walks, and creative reflection give space to release tension and find clarity.
You’ll explore the Six Pillars of Rest, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and discover the stillness your mind and body are calling for. Dive into self-reflection and growth with a life coaching session focused on self-confidence and clarity.
Evenings are spent under the stars soaking in hot tubs, sharing wholesome meals, and experiencing the vibrations of a gong bath. Rest in luxury yurts, free from WiFi and the pressures of everyday life, and allow yourself to fully surrender to the rhythm of nature.
This weekend is about resetting your energy, rediscovering your inner calm, and leaving with a renewed sense of balance, confidence, and connection.

Womens Day Retreat
A day to find space to rest your body, mind and energies.

Step into a day of gentle restoration, held in the calming, nurturing space of Cowslip Meadows.
We will be focusing on the seasonal shift from the fullness of summer into the softer, inward rhythm of autumn, this retreat offers you a chance to pause… to breathe… and to reconnect with your own inner seasons too. Together, we will explore what it means to move with these natural rhythms, allowing more ease, flow, and softness into everyday life.
This day is an invitation to come exactly as you are.
Through nourishing yoga flows, deeply immersive guided relaxations, and mindful, soul-soothing practices, you will be supported to rest your body, quiet your mind, and replenish your energy. There will be space to simply be, to soften, to receive, and to return to yourself.
You will be nurtured throughout the day with a lovingly prepared lunch, snacks, and herbal teas, all designed to support your rest and wellbeing.
