Through two gentle guided relaxations, we’ll attune to the hibernation energies of the season, allowing body and mind to settle before sleep.

Come as you are… wrapped in a blanket, nestled beneath your duvet, or resting by candlelight.

The zoom login will be emailed to you and it will be on your confirmation email. Know you’re welcome to keep your screen off and simply receive.

As winter softens and the days begin to lengthen, we are invited to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Rooted in Spring is a retreat to honour the Spring Equinox — the moment when day and night are in balance, offering a day to rest, restore, and awaken gently through movement, reflection, and connection with the season’s renewal.

The retreat is guided by The Six Pillars of Rest: physical, mindset, emotional, social, elemental, and seasonal,,,each offering a unique way to nourish body, mind, and heart:

  • Physical Rest: Gentle yoga and movement to awaken the body, release winter heaviness, and restore energy.

  • Mindset Rest: Guided meditation and stillness to quiet the mind and create space for clarity.

  • Emotional Rest: A mindful herbal forage and creation of your own essential oil blend with Emily from Sulis Botanica, supporting emotional ease and balance.

  • Social Rest: Moments of connection and gentle solitude, journaling, and reflection to restore balance in relating.

  • Elemental Rest: Guided nature connection and meditation exploring the energies of earth, air, fire, and water.

  • Seasonal Rest: Honouring the Spring Equinox through ritual and intention setting for the season ahead.

Throughout the day, nourishing seasonal lunch, warm drinks, and light refreshments are provided.

What to bring: comfortable clothing for yoga and walking, a journal and pen, water bottle, and any personal items that make you feel cosy and nurtured.

Booking Details: £99 per person, £49 deposit to secure your place (balance due two weeks before the retreat). Spaces are limited to keep the day intimate and deeply restful.

A Monthly Mini Retreat - Spring/Summer 2026

Step away from the busyness of life and into nature’s embrace with this unique Yoga By The Lake experience. Set at the peaceful Coton View in Market Bosworth, these nurturing mini retreats invite you to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and restore stillness by the water’s edge.

Breathe and move through an all-levels yoga practice in the fresh air, guided by the rhythm of nature. Let stress drift away as you settle into deep relaxation beside the gentle waters.

  • Each mini retreat is on a Saturday 9:30-12pm (see dates below)

  • Starting with a grounding morning mediation

  • A slow flow morning yoga practice

  • A herbal tea break with seasonal home baked cakes

  • Restorative Yin yoga practice

  • Finishing with a deep guided relaxation

Bring your own mat and blanket (spares available). These sessions are weather-dependent….if we can’t go ahead, we’ll reschedule or offer a refund.

This retreat invites you to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with the quiet strength that has always been within you. Yoga classes flow throughout the weekend, guiding your body and mind, while guided meditations, restful pauses, mindful woodland walks, and creative reflection give space to release tension and find clarity.

You’ll explore the Six Pillars of Rest, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and discover the stillness your mind and body are calling for. Dive into self-reflection and growth with a life coaching session focused on self-confidence and clarity.

Evenings are spent under the stars soaking in hot tubs, sharing wholesome meals, and experiencing the vibrations of a gong bath. Rest in luxury yurts, free from WiFi and the pressures of everyday life, and allow yourself to fully surrender to the rhythm of nature.

This weekend is about resetting your energy, rediscovering your inner calm, and leaving with a renewed sense of balance, confidence, and connection.
