Refund policy:
Your £150 deposit is non-refundable and secures your place on the retreat. By paying your deposit, you agree to these booking terms.
All retreat payments are non-refundable once paid, as we commit to accommodation, catering, venue costs and retreat planning based on confirmed bookings.
If you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to another person, subject to prior approval and the new guest meeting any requirements for the retreat. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before the retreat begins.
If you choose a payment plan and later decide not to continue payments, payments already made will not be refunded, and the remaining balance may still be due depending on the circumstances.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you experience exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will always do our best to support you and find the most appropriate solution.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of payments made towards your retreat place. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the retreat.
